Terms of Service
1. Payment Terms Standard payment is required within [30] days of invoice delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. For new clients, a 50% deposit will be required before recording begins.

2. Revisions & Pickup Policy

• Mistakes: Any errors made by me (mispronunciations or omitted text) will be corrected free of charge.

• Artistic Changes: One round of minor pickups (tone or pacing adjustments) is included.

• Script Changes: Changes made to the script after the audio has been recorded will incur a "pickup fee" or a re-record fee.

3. Usage & Licensing The fee paid for voiceover services includes a specific "Usage License" (e.g., Web Use, Internal, or Broadcast). Audio may not be used for purposes outside the original agreement without additional compensation.

4. AI Training (The "No-AI" Clause): Under no circumstances is the client permitted to use the delivered audio to train AI voice models or synthetic voice clones without a separate, explicit written contract and additional licensing fees.
